METRO DE MÁLAGA, S.A. (hereinafter known as METRO MÁLAGA) maintains a policy of confidentiality of the data provided by users of the same through: internet, paper forms, telephone communication or any other means and is committed to protect them, both in the collection and in subsequent treatment, in accordance with the provisions of Constitutional Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), by its Development Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21 (RLOPD), as well as by the E.U. Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council Directive of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals, with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of this data (RGPD) and other applicable regulations.
METRO MÁLAGA guarantees that it will use the personal data of the users confidentially, as well as that the appropriate technical and organizational security measures have been adopted in its facilities, systems and files, in the terms established by the LOPD, by the RLOPD and by the RGPD.
METRO MÁLAGA may communicate personal data in addition to any other information contained in its files and/or computer systems to the competent public authorities, when required to do so and always in accordance with the corresponding legal and regulatory provisions.
In compliance with the provisions of the LOPD, the RLOPD and the RGPD, whenever personal data is requested from a user, prior to processing, the following information will be provided: identity and contact information of the person responsible for processing, contact details of the Data Protection Delegate, the purpose for which the details are being obtained, terms or criteria of maintaining the data, automated decisions, profiles and applied logic, legislation or legal basis of the process in addition to the obligation or not to provide the data and the consequences of not doing so, anticipation or not of assignments or transfers to third countries, origin of the data and how to exercise the corresponding rights and of the rights that correspond with regard to processing your personal data. In order for the greater part of the information to be compatible with the RGPD ruling and for conciseness and understanding the way of presenting it, METRO MÁLAGA has put in place an information criteria composed of layers or levels that consists of the following:

Personal data provided by the interested party to METRO MÁLAGA by the Internet, in paper form, by telephone or by any other means, will form part of the corresponding files – created for the provision of their services – under the ownership of METRO DE MÁLAGA S.A. with CIF A-92.592.856 and having registered address: Camino de Santa Inés, s / n, C.P. 29590, Malaga (Spain). The business developed by Metro de Málaga S.A. is “Public Passenger Transport”.
METRO MÁLAGA will use the personal data provided by the interested party in order to provide the services that are requested or to manage the request or suggestion.
The personal data processed by METRO MÁLAGA will be kept as long as deemed necessary for the provision of the service requested or for the management of the request or suggestion. Once it has ceased to be necessary for the provision of the service or management of the request or suggestion, the personal data will be cancelled, the proceeding stopped and subsequent storage will only be for legal reasons and linked to the responsibility of the person responsible for the data and during the term of regulation of the same; Once this period has expired, it will be deleted.
The interested party will only be obliged to provide the data that is necessary (if it is) to meet the inquiry or service requested.
